The Intellectual Assets & Technology Law Institute
This Year's Conference
Organized in 1986, this annual conference on related areas of technology law has for years been a preeminent forum for continuing legal and professional education in the United States. First sponsored by the University of Texas School of Law and later by the University of Houston School of Law and a number of prominent law firms, this seminar routinely attracts as speakers the scholars and practitioners who are recognized as the experts in their respective areas of this field. This year's seminar is no exception. Each presenter routinely prepares a comprehensive paper or outline of his or her presentation. These are organized in a seminar book which you receive as part of your registration. Many prior attendees find each annual seminar collection of papers an invaluable research tool and practice aid in these fields during the following year. We invite you to review the 2006 program and join us for a learning experience you will long remember. This program has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar or Texas Committee on MCLE, as well as many other states. To obtain full MCLE credit, you must attend all sessions, including the luncheons. Those who need CLE credit in a state other than Texas should let the management know at the time of registration. CPA's may obtain CPE credit toward licensing with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Questions and comments can be address to the organizers at info@infolaw.org or to the Texas Institute of Continuing Legal Education; P.O. Box 4646; Austin, Texas 78765. Send e-mail to the Webmaster.
