An annual seminar providing a comprehensive update on the latest developments in computer, information and internet law for practicing attorneys and business executives.

This Year's Conference
  • The 21st Annual Conference will be held October 5 - October 6, 2006 at the The Marriott Dallas Las Colinas Hotel, 223 Las Colinas Blvd. in Irving, Texas.

Organized in 1986, this annual conference on related areas of technology law has for years been a preeminent forum for continuing legal and professional education in the United States. First sponsored by the University of Texas School of Law and later by the University of Houston School of Law and a number of prominent law firms, this seminar routinely attracts as speakers the scholars and practitioners who are recognized as the experts in their respective areas of this field. This year's seminar is no exception.

Each presenter routinely prepares a comprehensive paper or outline of his or her presentation. These are organized in a seminar book which you receive as part of your registration. Many prior attendees find each annual seminar collection of papers an invaluable research tool and practice aid in these fields during the following year.

We invite you to review the 2006 program and join us for a learning experience you will long remember.

This program has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar or Texas Committee on MCLE, as well as many other states.
